Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is an incredibly powerful deep relaxation practice. You are systematically guided to a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping where you experience complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. During the practice, the mind lets go of the external world and becomes increasingly aware of the inner world. This leads you to a tranquil, clear and accepting space. With continued practice, your mind can bring you to that peace effortlessly.  Ultimately, it is said that Yoga Nidra can awaken the highest state of consciousness.

What to bring:

Please bring a Yoga mat, blankets and pillows. During this class you will lie still for 30 minutes so you want to be as comfortable and warm as possible.
