My mission is to inspire and empower you to be free & fulfilled living an epic life that you’ve consciously created.

I am currently living in Christchurch, New Zealand offering my services and love to this city in need. I teach Yoga Nidra two days a week, I offer 1-on-1 Lifestyle Coaching sessions, portrait photography sessions, and help with anything marketing/branding related including website/logo design, graphic design, social media management, photography and videography.

Everything I do is to bring people back to their true core — love, peace and joy. Whether it’s through a deeply peaceful and relaxing yoga session. Or a portrait session where you feel confident, empowered and beautiful. Or a unique website design that expresses your true essence and purpose. It’s all interconnected. If you would like to work with me in anyway, please feel free to reach out. I’d love to hear from you!

My Journey Toward “Living the Dream”

I know what it is like to have dreams and not believe in them.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck, safe, scared and miserable.

I also know what it’s like to say “no thank you!” to societies made up rules.
I also know what it is like to honor what I value, what’s important to me and what I want.

After I graduated University, I followed my lifelong passion of self-development and did a Life Coach training. It felt like my true souls purpose but I convinced myself I was too young, too dumb, too blah, blah, blah to coach people. I also wanted to travel and see the world! But instead, I played the safe route and got a corporate advertising job at a travel company. Definitely not the same as traveling. Definitely not my purpose. It was what I “should” be doing. It’s what everyone told me to do. It’s the last thing I ever wanted to do and I did it out of fear. I was living at home with my parents and felt absolutely stuck, safe, and completely unfulfilled.

I felt like a caged bird. I needed freedom. I needed to spread my wings and be free. I needed to fly. No… I needed to soar.

I went to a personal development 3 day weekend course to try and see what to do about my life. I was on stage in front of 200 people and the head coach told me I was a hypocrite for wanting to be a life coach and inspire people to live their dream when I was clearly not living mine. Oh woah. True. I realized in that moment I must do everything it takes to go after my dreams and change my life. I created that reality so far. Which means I could also create the reality I actually want. I could create it NOW.

I quit my corporate job the next day to follow my wildest dreams.

I signed up to complete my life coach certification, finished my yoga teacher training, and bought my tickets to New Zealand to live out of a van. Freedom & fulfillment, baby. October 2017, I left home with a backpack, journal, camera, a couple outfits and laptop. My journey toward Living the Dream began. I had absolutely no plans or expectations, just an open heart ready to experience whatever I had to so I could grow into my fullest potential & power.

When I got to New Zealand, it felt like I was in another world. My world. That I could consciously create.

I bought a van, created an expressive and connecting project out of it (@sweetasvan), I created videos of my adventures, I lived at a hippy yoga community with like-minded spiritual seekers, I helped plan a yoga festival, I taught yoga, I coached travelers, I drove across the country, I fell in love, I lived at an ashram, I did another yoga training, I fell in love again, stronger, and then my new partner and I moved in together to plan our next travel adventure. Whew. Yes!

Now, I am living in my own wonderland. My heaven on earth.
I am living my dream. And the best part is… the adventure never ends!

To be totally honest with you though, it was not easy at some points. I suffered serious digestive issues, account hacking, anxiety, panic attacks, and basically every emotion in the world.
I knew what I got myself into going to a new country alone. I chose to go after my biggest, wildest dreams and I was willing to accept whatever came with it. So even when I felt I was at my lowest, I still said, “living the dream!”

The journey toward living the dream isn’t all sunshine and rainbows.
But it is being alive. It is going after what you believe in. It is standing for the life you deserve.

I believe in everyone experiencing an epic life of their own creation. Honoring their unique values, utilizing their strengths and fulfilling their purpose. I know it isn’t an easy, peasy path but I know it is worth it. It is worth every single second. We are here to live out our own ‘hero’s journey.’ We are here to learn, to grow, to live and the best, to love.

I hope you make the choice to create your own reality. To go after the things that scare you the most. To follow your wildest dreams. To live the life you’ve always imagined. To say no to societies rules, no to fear, and no to playing small.

Here’s to a big, epic, free, fulfilling life of your dreams.
Cheers to that!
